Not every dataset needs the same level of scrutiny. This review is scoped to the handful of datasets that your most important reports and decisions actually depend on, and asks a small number of hard questions of each one.
For each critical dataset we assess completeness, accuracy against source, freshness relative to the decisions made on it, and whether a number in a report can be traced back through the pipeline to where it originated. The output is a per-dataset scorecard and a prioritised remediation plan.
This is often the right starting point for organisations who already trust their overall data strategy but have specific reports or dashboards nobody quite trusts anymore.
